You can use the form above to change the trip cost or travel dates associated with your Generali Global Assistance travel protection plan. 

If you need to change other aspects of your plan, please contact our customer service representatives at customerservice@generalitravelinsurance.com or 800-874-2442. They can help modify your plan any time before trip departure, as long as a loss has not yet occurred and the change is allowed. They are available to assist you 24/7.

Can I extend my trip dates?

Yes, you can extend or shorten the length of your trip using this form. Our plans are able to cover trips up to one year in length.

Can I add trip costs?

Yes, you can use this form to adjust the trip costs covered by your plan. Our plans are able to cover trips costs up to $50,000.

Can I change my plan type?

No, this form does not allow you to change your trip type or apply any add-on coverages to the plan. You may contact our customer service representatives at customerservice@generalitravelinsurance.com or 800-874-2442. They can help modify your plan any time before trip departure, as long as a loss has not yet occurred and the change is allowed. They are available to assist you 24/7.

How do I use this form to cancel my plan for a refund?

Our travel protection plans include a designated “free look period” of 10 to 15 days after purchase, depending on the state you live in (30 days for residents of Indiana). During that period, you may use the form above to cancel your plan for a full refund of the plan cost if it doesn't suit your needs. You may not cancel your plan if you have filed a claim for that plan or left on your trip.
