The system is easy to follow. We have used this company many times through Vacations To Go and have, over the years, made one or perhaps two claims, all to our satisfaction. In our cruising, we have seen too many instances of ambulances waiting at small island docks, or helicopters landing on the bow of the cruise ship to pick up passengers or talked to passengers about their traffic accidents ashore and the ship sailing away. There is no telling what expenses they incurred. We travel to Europe a lot and are comfortable having a policy as a travel companion.

We needed to cancel the trip for one member of our family and four others had the trip interrupted several hours into the cruise. Our mother age 92 had to be ‘rescued’ at sea by the Cancun Navy and rushed to a hospital in Cancun. Generali staff provided support and when it came time to process the claim they were extremely profession, courtesy, empathetic and efficient. Thank you Generali Travel Insurance Team!
